Registration
Yes. The registration fee applies to all attendees. All funds will be used to support travel bursaries for UKAIRS participants.
Yes. You can purchase multiple tickets via the online store. After payment, please email the full names of the attendees to
ukairs@rai.ac.uk. Each attendee should still complete their own registration but skip the payment step when redirected.
Please log-in and look for the ‘camera-ready’ button. Further guidance is available here. Please confirm details by 21 July so that we can publish titles, short abstracts and links to published work on the website.
Programme & Timings
The programme will be published on www.ukairs.ac.uk shortly after presenting authors complete registration (by 21 July).
Travel Bursaries
Complete the online bursary form by Monday 21 July. Support covers standard-class travel and accommodation. Priority will be given to presenting authors without access to other funding.
Presenting
Yes. Please ensure the new presenter includes the submission ID and relevant details when registering.
Unfortunately, no. Due to the volume of submissions, we could not accommodate all as oral presentations.
No. Posters should be A0 size, portrait orientation. Please print and bring your poster with you. Boards and fixings will be provided. Presentation slots will be assigned for either Day 1 or Day 2.
Submissions
Yes. Any research funded through UKRI AI investments, including AISI, is eligible.
Yes. All submissions—oral or poster—should follow the ACM TAPS workflow guidelines.
Please format your submission in two-column layout, as per ACM guidelines.
No. As long as the work is AI-related and part of a UKRI-funded project, it’s eligible.
Yes. Visuals may be embedded within the main text or added as an appendix.
No. A separate abstract is not required.
No. This information should be included within the main proposal document.
